To reserve a room in our hotel, it is necessary for you to send inquiry by fax or through the Internet with the following data:
a surname, a name, time of stay in our hotel and a category of suite in which you wish to live,
we send to you confirmation on reservation of suite to your e-mail or by fax.

In case of cancellation up to 3 days before date of arrival - no fee will be charged
In case of cancellation later then 1-day before the date of arrival - will be charged the first night
In case of cancellation less than one day before the date of arrival - charged the total price of the reservation.

Check in/out time is 12 noon. The possibility of early check in or late check out should be arranged in advance.
